We appreciated how careful Paul, your cleaning technician was. He was very careful coming in and working around our furniture. I was especially pleased with the outcome of the upholstery cleaning. I'm glad it was able to be cleaned using the truck mount. I had no idea what a truck mount was until Paul explained it to me but it has given my suite the best clean ever. I have had it dry-cleaned many times, never to my satisfaction.

Mike was very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient-plus, the stains were removed except a curry stain and to be fair to Mike he did explain that this had stained the carpet and he would not be able to remove it before he started the job.
