An on-site assessment may be required to calculate the work involved and provide a quote. Our experienced carpet and upholstery cleaning expert will arrive to assess the areas involved and most importantly, analyse the type of carpet/upholstery and the condition. This is to understand the requirements and provide the most suitable type of cleaning for the best results.

Once the assessment is made, we will explain what is required and the timescales involved.

Quote

Once the survey is complete, we will provide a highly competitive quote. This will outline the cleaning services required in detail. Our main aim is to provide a premium quality carpet or upholstery cleaning service at a very affordable price.

Cleaning management

The cleaning of your carpets or upholstery will be managed from start to finish. Each aspect will be meticulously taken care of so the cleaning results are the best they can be – whether it’s a carpet in a single room, or all of the carpets and upholstery in a large premises. We will use all of our experience and specialist equipment so it’s completed as efficiency and quickly as possible. You will always be able to chat directly with our team to find out what is going on, and to ask any questions.

High speed cleaning and drying

Sometimes you may need an urgent carpet clean, upholstery clean or stain removal. If you do, we will make sure that we arrive as quickly as possible to help. Our cleaning is extremely efficient, and with our special techniques your carpet or upholstery can be completely dry within just two hours.

Quality Inspection

We regularly inspect our carpet and upholstery cleaning to make sure that all results are immaculately clean, stain-free and hygienic. We also actively welcome feedback, and if you have any concerns, we will do everything we can to help.
